From my experience, the first few zones are just a scratch, but once you hit the 4th or 5th, those blue walls get pretty menacing. Best to avoid staying outside the safe zone.
The damage escalates with each ring, so don鈥檛 linger! By the time you hit the final circles, the blue zone will chew through your health faster than a pan to the face.
Just don't try it. Stay in the safe zone. Simple as that.
