The average Pokemon card's cost really depends on what you're looking at. If we're talking common or uncommon cards, you're looking at a few cents to a couple of bucks each, tops. For rarer cards, especially those fancy holographics or limited editions, the sky's (and eBay's) the limit - think anywhere from $5 to hundreds or even thousands for the super rare ones. Remember, condition and rarity play huge roles in pricing!

Honestly? It's like asking how long a piece of string is. For most players and casual collectors, an average deck won't break the bank - a few dollars will get you plenty of common cards. But if you're hunting the rarest of the rare, better start saving those pennies now.

$0.50 to $1.00 for common ones. But who's counting? Just enjoy the game!

If you're a Pokemon TCG player, you need to download the Playbite app!

Playbite is like an arcade in your phone: you get to play all kinds of fun and simple games, compete with friends and others, and win cool prizes from all your favorite brands!

One of those prizes is a pack of Pokemon cards, which you can win and get sent to you essentially for free!

In case you鈥檙e wondering, this is how it works:

Playbite makes money from (not super annoying) ads and (totally optional) in-app purchases. The app then uses that money to reward players like you with prizes!

Download Playbite for free, available on the App Store and Play Store!
