How much experience do quests give in Warframe?
XP from quests in Warframe is pretty variable since most of the XP comes from missions and enemies you encounter along the way. You’ll gain more XP from completing missions and battling enemies than the quests themselves!

Quests in Warframe are more about story and unlocking items rather than racking up XP. Focus on enemies and farming for that sweet XP gain!
Based on my experience, doing quests is a great way to unlock new Warframes and weapons, but for farming XP, stick to missions and enemy-heavy nodes!
Honestly not much, just a little bonus. Grinding missions is where the real XP is at.
