It varies by level. A level 1 Barbarian Camp gives a lot less than a level 10 Boss Monster. Bosses and higher-level camps reward more XP!

The experience you get from NPCs in Evony depends on their level. Generally, the higher the level, the more experience you earn. For example, defeating a level 1 NPC might net you around 1,000 experience, while a level 10 NPC could give you upwards of 100,000 experience.
