As of now, Rockstar hasn't released the official price for GTA 6 on Xbox One or any platform. However, given the trends, we can expect it to be around the standard new game price point, which is typically $60-$70. Best to save up in that range!
It's all speculation until Rockstar spills the beans, but I'd say $60 to $70. Anything more and my wallet's gonna start crying.
