You can't buy Calm and Frenzy with platinum. You have to earn it by unlocking the Naramon Focus tree!

As a Tenno who's been there, I can tell you Calm and Frenzy comes from the Naramon Focus tree, not from spending platinum.

Calm and Frenzy is a Naramon Focus ability, not something you buy with plat. It's obtainable through Focus points when you unlock the Naramon school.
