From my experience cooking Indian food, I typically use around 1.5 teaspoons for a recipe serving 4-6 people. It's always good to taste test, though!

It really depends on the dish, but usually, Indian recipes call for about 1-2 teaspoons of salt for a family-sized meal. Taste as you go!

Honestly, it's personal preference! Start with 1 tsp, then adjust to taste. Indian food is all about balancing flavors.

You can put however much salt you want. It's YOUR kitchen!
