At its heart, Pokemon TCG is all about battles between you and your opponent using decks of cards representing Pokemon, attacks, energy for those attacks, and other helpful items or allies. You build a deck around your favorite Pokemon, making sure to include a mix of Types and ensure you have enough Energy Cards to fuel your attacks. The game is won by knocking out your opponent's Pokemon to score Prize Cards, and the first player to score all their Prize Cards wins!

It's all luck. Draw the right card at the right time, and you win.

Basically, you throw down with your Pokemon cards, and the one who knocks out the opponent's Pokemon first wins. Energy Cards are like your Pokemon's lunch鈥攊t fuels their moves. Don't forget Trainer Cards, they're super useful!

If you're a Pokemon TCG player, you need to download the Playbite app!

Playbite is like an arcade in your phone: you get to play all kinds of fun and simple games, compete with friends and others, and win cool prizes from all your favorite brands!

One of those prizes is a pack of Pokemon cards, which you can win and get sent to you essentially for free!

In case you鈥檙e wondering, this is how it works:

Playbite makes money from (not super annoying) ads and (totally optional) in-app purchases. The app then uses that money to reward players like you with prizes!

Download Playbite for free, available on the App Store and Play Store!
