In my experience, you gotta participate in Legendary Raids when Groudon is featured. Even then, the shiny rate is around 1 in 20, so good luck!
Tired of hunting? Plenty of trainers still haven’t seen a shiny Groudon after dozens of raids. Keep trying, though!
It's super rare. You basically need to pray to the RNG gods during a Raid Event!
