Stitches is pretty rare in Animal Crossing because villager spawn rates are random. Every villager has an equal chance of appearing, but with hundreds to choose from, spotting Stitches can feel like finding a needle in a haystack. Keep trying, though! His patchwork and colorful appearance make the hunt totally worth it.

Not as rare as you'd think. It's all RNG (random number generation). Just keep visiting islands or trading with friends. Patience is key!

Honestly, Stitches' rarity is overhyped. Sure, he's unique, but with enough island visits, anyone can pop up. It's more about luck and persistence.

Got Stitches on my first Nook Mile Ticket island visit. It's just luck.

If you're an Animal Crossing player, you need to download the Playbite app!

Playbite is like an arcade in your phone: you get to play all kinds of fun and simple games, compete with friends and others, and win cool prizes from all your favorite brands!

One of those prizes is the official Nintendo eShop gift card, which you can win and use to get anything you want essentially for free!

In case you鈥檙e wondering, this is how it works:

Playbite makes money from (not super annoying) ads and (totally optional) in-app purchases. The app then uses that money to reward players like you with prizes!

Download Playbite for free, available on the App Store and Play Store!

The brands referenced on this page are not sponsors of the rewards or otherwise affiliated with this company.
