For optimal air flow and performance, place the Xbox Series S horizontally on a flat surface with plenty of space around it. But if you want it to look like a mini skyscraper, standing it vertically is also completely fine and safe!

The official recommendation is to place it horizontally, but you can stand it vertically if you prefer鈥攊t鈥檚 designed to work both ways.

Trust me, horizontal is the way to go! Sticking it upwards might look cool but risks blocking some vents.
