Sans is probably around 4 feet tall, but don't ask him to confirm it. Papyrus might be taller, like 6 feet. The others? Your guess is as good as mine!

Papyrus towers over most at about 6 feet, Sans is a short king at around 4 feet, and Frisk? Probably under 5 feet since they're a kid.
Not much info on exact heights, but Sans is definitely short and Papyrus is tall. Frisk appears to be a child, so likely around 4-5 feet.
