To get the Chatterbox exotic SMG, you need to collect three parts and a blueprint, all found in Hyena chests around D.C. Happy hunting!
First, get the parts from Hyena lockboxes in different areas. Then, craft it using the blueprint you get after completing the Bank Headquarters mission on Hard or above.
Got the Chatterbox by opening Hyena chests in Downtown East, Federal Triangle, and the Grand Washington Hotel mission. Good luck!
