The easiest way is just to extract at an extraction point or wait for the mission to auto-complete. But if you really need to abort, opening the menu and selecting “Abort Mission” will let you keep your loot as long as you’ve completed the main objective first!
If you want to keep your loot, you gotta finish the main objective first! After that, aborting the mission won't cost you your precious goodies.
