To accept Fortnite gifts, head over to the main lobby screen. When someone sends you a gift, you'll see a pop-up notification. Just click 'Open' to accept it and see what you've received!
You need to have 2FA (Two-Factor Authentication) enabled on your account to accept Fortnite gifts. Once you've enabled it, gifts will pop up in the lobby, and you can accept them from there by clicking 'Open'.
