To access Debug Mode in Sonic Mania, first complete the game once and head to Mania Mode on the title screen. Enter the 'No Save' mode, then press Y (Xbox), Triangle (PlayStation), or X (Nintendo) to activate the secrets menu. From there, just turn on Debug Mode and go wild!
