Just go to your profile, tap the three horizontal lines on the top right, and select 'Saved' – your followed tags will be there under the 'Tags' section!

You can't access them anymore! Instagram removed the feature.
Head over to your profile, hit the menu (three lines on the top right), then tap on 'Saved' and look for 'Tags'. Easy peasy!
