To access the Glass Desert, you gotta first unlock the Ancient Ruins by collecting six Plorts in the appropriate statues. Then, head to the big teleporter with Tangle, Dervish, Mosaic, Rock, Tabby, and Boom Plorts. Voila, you're in the Glass Desert!
