To get your hands on one, you can find him in Lunchboxes, which you can either earn through gameplay achievements or purchase through the game's store. Additionally, keep an eye out for special events or promotions in the game that may give you a chance to snag Mr. Handy for free. Once you've got him, you can assign him to a floor to automatically collect resources, making your Vault management a bit easier.
