You will find the options menu on the main title screen, just after launching the game. Look for the settings icon.
You just gotta launch the game and head straight for the title screen, then look for the options under 'Settings'. Easy peasy.
Do you even need options? The game's perfect as is! (But seriously, they're on the title screen.)
Just hit ESC during gameplay, and you'll see some settings options. Not much, but it helps!
