Easy peasy! Just head to the Base of Operations or a Safe House. Look for a chest icon on the map, that's your stash. Boom, done.

The stash is in the Base of Ops or any Safe House. Simple as that!

You can access your stash by visiting any Safe House or the Base of Operations. Look for the stash box icon (a chest) on your map.
