To activate the altar in Sol's RNG, just collect enough Luck Points and interact with the altar. It's all about timing and having those precious Luck Points!
From my experience, you gotta stock up on Luck Points first. Once you have enough, approach the altar and interact. Timing and some luck never hurt!
The altar won't activate itself! You need enough Luck Points and then just press the interact button. Easy peasy.
