To activate your Facebook account, just log in with your email/phone number and password. If you've deactivated it, you'll be good to go!
You only need to login with your previous info. Easy peasy!
If you deactivated your Facebook, just sign in again. Boom, you're back in the social loop!
I deactivated mine once and just logged back in normally to activate it.
