To activate hard mode in Mortal Kombat Mobile, just keep playing through the normal mode. Once you beat the normal difficulty of the campaign, hard mode gets unlocked automatically. Time to step up your game!

From my experience, it's all about finishing the normal campaign. Once you do, hard mode magically appears as an option. Get ready for a challenge!
