Luckily, it's easy! Just use the Advanced setting in the Avatar Editor. Plug in the asset IDs for each hair you want to wear. Voila, triple the hair game!

You can’t. Roblox doesn’t support more than one hair piece officially. But hey, I guess one good hairdo is all you need!

First-hand tip here! Go to Avatar Editor, select 'Advanced' (bottom right), then add each hair's asset ID. Tried it myself, works like a charm!
