How to Add a Facebook Account to an Existing Account
You can't technically add a Facebook account to another Facebook account, but you can manage multiple Pages or switch between accounts on the app! Just log out and log back in with the different credentials.

From personal experience, the only way to juggle multiple accounts is by using different browsers or the Facebook app and web version simultaneously. Works like a charm!
