You can't directly add clickable links to regular Instagram posts, but you can always put a URL in your bio and mention 'link in bio' in your caption!
I've found adding a link to an Instagram post by pasting a URL in the caption isn't clickable, so it's best to use 'link in bio' or 'Swipe Up' in Stories.
For clickable links, try using Instagram Stories or Reels with the 'Swipe Up' feature, available for accounts with 10k+ followers.
