To add a picture in 8 Ball Pool, just connect your game account to your Facebook profile. Whatever pic you have on FB will show up in the game! Easy peasy.
From my experience, linking your Facebook account is the only way to get a picture for your profile in 8 Ball Pool. Your Facebook profile picture will automatically sync with the game.
You can't upload a custom pic. Just link it to Facebook and use your FB profile pic. Done.
