Adding music to your game? Easy peasy! Buy or upload the audio file on Roblox, grab its unique ID, and slap that into a Sound object in Roblox Studio.
First, go to the Roblox library and search for the song you want. Purchase the audio if necessary, then in Roblox Studio, insert a Sound object in your workspace, and set its SoundId property to the song's ID.
Use a Boombox item in a game to play songs you own. Just paste the song ID into the Boombox and hit play.
