You can't manually add words to the Words With Friends dictionary. Sorry, but the game uses an internal dictionary that's updated by Zynga.

If you think a word should be in the game, you can contact Zynga support and suggest it, but no guarantees!

Nope, you can't add words yourself. Zynga controls the dictionary.
