How to Add a YouTube Song to Spotify
You can't directly add a YouTube song to Spotify, but you can always find or upload the song as a local file on your device and then add it to Spotify. Go to 'Settings,' enable 'Show Local Files,' and then import the song from your computer!

I've been doing this a while: download the MP3 from YouTube using a converter tool (like YTMP3), then in Spotify, go to 'Settings,' toggle 'Show Local Files,' and add the downloaded file. Voil脿!
