You need to find the 'adminlist.txt' file in the server directory. Add your (or whoever’s) SteamID64 there, save, and restart the server. Done!

I've done this a bunch – grab your SteamID64 from Steam, slap it into 'adminlist.txt' in the server folder, save, and restart the server. Boom, you’re an admin!
