If you have over 10k followers, you can add swipe-up links to your Stories. Just tap the link icon while creating a Story.
You can't add clickable links directly in your posts' captions. Annoying, right? Bio link is your friend here.
The URL in your bio is your best bet, but you can always mention 'link in bio' in your posts and Stories to guide people there.
From personal experience: If you run ads, you can embed links directly into the ad content. It's not free, but it works wonders!
