How to Add People on Roblox from Xbox
From my experience, you just need to use the 'People' tab on the Roblox app. Type in their username and hit the 'Add Friend' button. Easy peasy!

Just use the search bar in the 'Friends' section, find your friend's username, and send them a friend request.

I tried this yesterday! Head to the 'Friends' tab in the Roblox menu, enter your friend's username, and hit 'Add Friend'. Worked like a charm for me.
