Click on the 'Friends' icon, go to 'Recent', and add away! Easy peasy!
When you want to add recent players, just head to the 'Friends' section and check under 'Recent'. Find the player you want, and hit the 'Add Friend' button.
I usually add recent players by heading to the Friends tab, then hitting Recent. You can see everyone you played with and add them right there. Works every time!
