Honestly, just use Facebook to add Sims FreePlay neighbors. It鈥檚 the easiest way.
I added my neighbors by using Game Center on iOS. Just add friends on Game Center, and as long as they play The Sims FreePlay too, they鈥檒l show up as neighbors in your game.
