Just go to your playlist, click 'Add User,' and send the invitation link to whoever you want to add.
Hate to break it to ya, but you can't really "add" someone to a playlist. You can only send them the link to collaborate!
From experience, you just need to make a playlist, hit the 'invite collaborators' option, and send that link to your buddy. Worked for me every time!
