First, make sure you have an Instagram business account. Go to your profile, tap the menu, select Settings, and then Account. Switch to Professional Account and follow the prompts. Next, connect your account to a Facebook page. Then, set up Instagram Shopping in your settings and wait for approval!
Business account + Facebook page + Instagram Shopping setup = Shop Now button.
