You can also buy a V-Bucks gift card from a retailer, then enter the code in the PlayStation Store under 'Redeem Codes'.
Just do it through the PlayStation Store. Search for V-Bucks, choose your desired amount, confirm your payment details, and you're set!
From the main menu in Fortnite, navigate to the V-Bucks tab, select how much you want, and follow the prompts. You'll need to have your payment info ready!
