Aging cheese in Stardew Valley is pretty straightforward but oh-so rewarding! First, you need to craft or buy a Cheese Press to turn your milk into cheese. Got that cheese? Great! Now, grab yourself a Cask, which you can only place inside the basement of a fully upgraded farmhouse. Pop your cheese into a Cask, and voila! Wait for it to age from regular to iridium quality. Each quality level takes a bit of time, but patience is key! The higher the quality, the more valuable and tasty your cheese will be.
Just slap it in a cask in your cellar. Wait. Bam, aged cheese!
