How to Allow Terraria Through Firewall?
CatalogingDisk路8 months agoHeads up, if Terraria's not on the list when you're trying to allow it through the firewall, just add it manually by browsing your program files. Usually finds its home in Steam's common files folder, if that's where you got it.

Allowing Terraria through your firewall is pretty straightforward. Just go to your Control Panel, click on 'System and Security', then go to 'Windows Defender Firewall'. From there, click on 'Allow an app or feature through Windows Defender Firewall'. Click 'Change settings', find Terraria in the list, check both the private and public boxes next to it, and hit OK. If Terraria isn't on the list, you can click 'Allow another app...', find Terraria, and add it manually!
Firewall? Just turn it off. Problem solved. ;)
I had the same issue and doing the whole 'allow through firewall' manually worked for me. Just make sure you're choosing the right .exe file for Terraria. Took me a bit cause I got it mixed up with another game's file.
