To archive your Twitch streams, enable the 'Store past broadcasts' option in your Channel Settings under the VOD Settings section. This will save your streams automatically for up to 14 days (60 for Partners, Turbo, and Prime users)!
Easy peasy! Just flip on 'Store past broadcasts' in your settings. You can download the streams later if you want.
