How to Assign Crew Members to Outpost in Starfield
In my own Starfield adventures, I built an outpost near a resource-rich planet and then assigned a crew for efficiency. Just use the ship menu, access 'Crew', and assign them to your outpost slot. You'll be mining space gold in no time!

After building your outpost, simply go to the ship menu and use the 'Crew' tab. Drag your crew's faces to the outpost slot - done!
To assign crew members to your outpost in Starfield, you first need to build the outpost, complete with necessary components like power sources and habitation modules.
