How to Assign Followers to Outpost in Starfield
Easy peasy! First, you'll need to have followers in your crew. Open the in-game menu, navigate to your outpost, select 'manage' or 'assign,' then choose a follower to assign from the list. Make sure your follower is not already assigned to another task or location!

Honestly, just drag and drop your followers on the outpost menu. Boom, done.
You can assign your followers to outposts by going into the outpost's management menu and using the 'Assign Follower' option. Just pick your desired follower from the list.
From my experience, just go to your outpost's management interface, click on 'Followers,' then put them to work by selecting tasks they're skilled in. Easy game!
