I usually go for Attackers, especially when a bunch of people target me at once. Sweet revenge!
Just focus on clearing lines quickly. Target modes are overrated.
To attack other players in Tetris 99, you can use the right stick to select attack modes like KO, Random, Badges, and Attackers. KO targets players close to losing, Random targets anyone randomly, Badges targets those with the most KO badges, and Attackers lets you retaliate against those attacking you.
