Bring a squad. More eyes watching means fewer Sentients creeping up on you, and a good squad can riddle them with bullets before they know what hit 'em.
If you're solo, try using Limbo's Rift ability to stay out of their reach. You can't hit 'em if they can't hit you!
Honestly, just memorize their patrol routes. Puts you in a much better position to ninja your way around them.
