To awaken Pole in Blox Fruits, you gotta get Pole (1st Form) by defeating the Thunder God at Sky Islands. Then, you need to upgrade it to Pole (2nd Form) by collecting 5,000 Fragments and talking to the Blacksmith.
From my experience, make sure you farm those fragments and take down the Thunder God a few times. Chat with the Blacksmith, and voil脿, awakened Pole!
Just beat Thunder God and gather 5k Fragments. Then get a chat with the Blacksmith, he'll handle the rest!
