From someone who learned the hard way: Go to C:\Users\YourUsername\AppData\LocalLow\IronGate\Valheim\worlds. Copy the files to a backup location. Trust me, you'll thank me later!

Easy peasy! Just head over to your Valheim game folder, find the 'worlds' folder, and copy it somewhere safe. Done!
