To back up your PS4 data, just connect an external USB storage device to your console. Then head to 'Settings' > 'System' > 'Back Up and Restore' > 'Back Up PS4'. Follow the on-screen instructions, and you're good to go!

Cloud saves FTW! If you're a PS Plus member, you can auto-upload saved data to the cloud. Just enable it from 'Settings' > 'Application Saved Data Management' > 'Saved Data in System Storage' > 'Auto-Upload'. Done and done.

The easiest way is to use an external HDD or USB stick. Plug it in and go to 'Settings' > 'Application Saved Data Management' > 'Saved Data in System Storage' > 'Copy to USB Storage Device'. Simple as that!

Honestly, just use the built-in backup utility with an external USB. Takes a bit of time, but super straightforward and reliable.

If you're a PlayStation player, you need to download the Playbite app!

Playbite is like an arcade in your phone: you get to play all kinds of fun and simple games, compete with friends and others, and win cool prizes from all your favorite brands!

One of those prizes is the official PlayStation gift card, which you can win and use to get anything you want essentially for free!

In case you鈥檙e wondering, this is how it works:

Playbite makes money from (not super annoying) ads and (totally optional) in-app purchases. The app then uses that money to reward players like you with prizes!

Download Playbite for free, available on the App Store and Play Store!

The brands referenced on this page are not sponsors of the rewards or otherwise affiliated with this company.
