To bathe a toddler in Sims FreePlay, you'll need a bath tub and an adult Sim. Simply tap on the toddler, select 'Bath,' and an available adult Sim will get on it!

You can't actually give toddlers a bath. It's a bit of a bummer, but that's just how the game is designed right now.

Just make sure you have a bathtub in your house. Then select the toddler and choose the 'Bath' option. An adult Sim will handle the rest.
